Similar to other leading technology incubators, Legacy Venture Advisors provides a combination of seed capital investment, infrastructure resources and Boston Consulting Group-level strategic guidance so that our incubated companies can gain momentum right from the first day of launch.

INVESTOR NETWORk
- Legacy Venture Advisors maintains a network of Angel Investors with prior experience working as management consultants, investment bankers, transactional attorneys and technology executives who are all accredited investors.
- Our mission is to create a compelling investment community of premiere business and professional leaders helping to identify promising start-up companies and infusing the capital and strategic guidance necessary for success.
- Angel Investors typically invest $10,000 - $100,000 in a single transaction and Angel Investors receive their pro-rata equity allocated owneship interest in the start-up company based on the terms established for all investors participating in that venture funding round.
- Angel Investors often gain access to promising early-stage businesses before they attract institutional venture capital or larger investors, which can result in favorable investment terms.
- Angle Investors can often benefit from a first-mover investment advantage since getting in early with the right startup can lead to outsized returns if the business becomes highly successful.
- Legacy’s Angel Investor Network is intended only for accredited investors and is Not intended for retail investors who make less than $200,000 per year.
- Meeting accredited investor status requires annual income greater than $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse) for the past two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year OR a net worth greater than $1,000,000 excluding your residence.
